Insurance, modeled as a carrier rather than a category
Insurance was one entry in the directory holding a property-and-casualty spine, next to five separate banking lines of business. It is now six divisions and 86 roles in a family of its own: property and casualty; specialty lines with risk engineering and premium audit; claims and recovery through catastrophe, subrogation and workers' compensation; life and annuity from new business through inforce servicing to death, disability and long-term-care claims; the health plan across utilization management, claims and appeals, and provider network, quality and risk adjustment; and reinsurance, capital and market conduct across all of it. A carrier is not one organization, and the directory no longer pretends otherwise. Every desk names the licensed human who holds the decision, and every desk that could otherwise grade its own work has an independent challenger beside it.

The blueprint library ships
The site now carries the full library: 354 agent blueprints across 20 divisions and 118 desks, organized the way an institution actually works. The directory reads as a ledger with a division rail and true counts, workflow maps carry named stages and human checkpoints, and every blueprint page states the job, the decision authority, the checks, and the handoffs.

Tally joins operations: bank reconciliation
A reconciliation investigator for the unmatched cash: it reads the statement and the ledger, works out why they disagree, and drafts the correcting entry for an accountable reviewer. Ships with recorded runs and its place on the operations desk.

The portfolio goes public
Cadre opens its financial-services agent-blueprint portfolio for inspection. Each blueprint page brings together the job, permitted decisions, operating logic, controls, evaluation cases, and, where available, a sanitized representative execution.
- Atlas
Example captures enter the Atlas
Selected Process Atlas steps now open a frozen, sanitized execution capture without leaving the workflow. The event sequence and committed outcome stay together, while the page labels representative evidence as representative evidence.

Process Atlas: agents in their operating context
Agents rarely act alone. The Process Atlas maps each agent onto the business process it belongs to, with the human checkpoints and system steps drawn in. Alert triage leads to sanctions disposition and then SAR investigation; loan intake leads to decisioning and then fair-lending review. Each stage links to the run that carried it out.

New blueprints broaden the operating portfolio
A second release broadens Cadre from front-line disposition into orchestration, adjudication, and oversight. The added blueprints cover markets surveillance, payments fraud and card disputes, SAR narrative drafting, transaction-monitoring tuning, hardship workout, and agent assurance.

The initial blueprint portfolio
Cadre begins with blueprints across financial crime, compliance, and consumer lending: sanctions disposition, transaction-monitoring triage, SAR investigation and preparation, regulatory-change parsing, and the lending line from intake through decisioning, fair-lending review, adverse-action, disclosure, and decision challenge. Each shows its defined job, controls, and representative evaluation cases.
